Your health plan, with the price in plain sight

See what you could pay per month for a plan from the Health Insurance Marketplace (ACA, often called Obamacare) without giving your name. Then a licensed agent finishes it with you by phone, at no cost.

Example with 2027 plan-year prices retrieved on October 24, 2026. This is an estimate, not a quote or an eligibility determination: your premium and any financial help are determined by the Marketplace based on the information you provide. Plans vary by county.

What could you pay per month?

A real estimate for your county and your household, without sharing your personal information. Five steps, two minutes.

This is an eligibility estimate, not a quote or a final price. A licensed agent reviews your household and confirms exact eligibility and cost before you enroll.

How we help

Like at the window: you ask, we tell you the price, and we finish it together.

  1. 1
    See your estimate

Your ZIP code, your household and your approximate income. The result shows the lowest price in each metal level, with the estimated help already taken off.

  2. 2
    Talk to a licensed agent

Call or book a phone appointment. Your agent reviews what you can cover and recommends the plans that fit your family and your budget.

  3. 3
Enroll with the price in front of you

We compare the carriers available in your county. Nothing is sent to the Marketplace until you review it and agree.

Frequently asked questions

The five we hear most at the window.

Are you HealthCare.gov or a government agency?
Sunlife Insurance LLC, doing business as SimpleCare Insurance, is a licensed independent insurance agency; we are not the Health Insurance Marketplace®, HealthCare.gov or a government agency. The government's site for the Marketplace is HealthCare.gov. Eligibility for Marketplace coverage and financial help is determined by the Marketplace based on the information you provide. We help you compare the options and complete your enrollment, at no cost to you. "Obamacare" is the common name for the Affordable Care Act.
My immigration status is not settled, or my household is mixed. Do I have options?
Yes. It is the case we see most at the window, and we have spent years working it out with Miami families. The Marketplace requires lawful presence in the United States, and starting with coverage that begins in January financial help is limited to citizens, green card holders, Cuban and Haitian entrants and Compact of Free Association migrants; with TPS, asylum or certain visas you can enroll at full price. If you do not qualify, your partner or your children often do, and the application does not ask the status of anyone who is not enrolling. And if nobody in the home qualifies, we show you private plans outside the Marketplace. Call us with your document at hand and we go through it together by phone, at no cost. Nobody leaves here without knowing what their option is.
Do you charge for your help?
No. The agency is paid by the insurance carrier when you enroll, so the call, the phone appointment, the plan comparison, the application and your renewals cost you nothing. You pay the same for your plan with or without an agent, and there is no obligation to enroll.
When can I enroll in a health plan?
Open Enrollment for the coming plan year runs Nov 1 – Jan 15. Outside that window you can enroll if a qualifying life event opens a Special Enrollment Period, for example a move, marriage, new baby or loss of other coverage. Dates can differ in states that run their own Exchange. We can check your situation, free.
Which insurance carriers do you compare?
In Florida we compare the available health plans from Florida Blue, Ambetter, Oscar, UnitedHealthcare and Molina. Which carriers and plans you can choose depends on your county and your eligibility, so your agent checks by phone what is actually available at your address before recommending a plan.
